  4. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  2. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@greenisholive.com. We will guide you through the return process, which may involve providing additional information and returning the item to a specified address.

  4. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please be aware of any shipping restrictions or import regulations in your country. Any additional fees, taxes, or duties imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations due to order processing.
